Locus Map ist im Stande mit vielen Programmen zusammenzuarbeiten. Dazu geh\u00f6ren verschiedene Karten Applikationen, Sports Tracker und Addons aus unserer eigenen Entwicklungsabteilung oder von unseren Nutzern. Heute m\u00f6chten wir Ihnen einige M\u00f6glichkeiten Locus in Verbindung mit Google Earth<\/a><\/strong> zu nutzen n\u00e4herbringen.<\/p>\n

Was ist Google Earth?<\/h2>\n

Kurz gesagt handelt es sich dabei um eine virtuelle Weltkugel – also um ein digitales, dreidimensionales Abbild der Erde. Der urspr\u00fcngliche Name des Programms war Earth Viewer<\/strong> dieser wurde von der Firma Keyhole, Inc.<\/strong> entwickelt die im Jahre 2004 von Google gekauft wurde. Die Oberfl\u00e4chenansicht besteht aus Satteliten und Luftbildaufnahmen, darstellbar in verschiedenen Zoomebenen. Die Weltkugel kann gedreht und in verschiedenen Perspektiven und Betrachtungswinkeln dargestellt werden. Google Earth kann man in jeden Web-Browser als Teil von Google Maps betrachten oder als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Programm sowohl auf dem PC als auch als App auf dem Tablet oder Smartphone installieren.<\/p>\n

Tracks aus Locus in 3D auf Google Earth betrachten<\/h2>\n

Als Erstes betrachten wir das Rendern eines Tracks oder einer Route aus Locus<\/strong> in 3D auf Google Earth. Wie Sie wissen k\u00f6nnen Tracks in Locus aufgezeichnet bzw. Routen geplant oder aus anderen Quellen importiert werden – ganz wie es Ihnen beliebt. Wenn Sie einen Track\/Route in Google Earth darstellen m\u00f6chten so gibt es dazu einige M\u00f6glichkeiten auf Ihren Tablett oder Smartphone. Wenn Sie die Google Earth App auf Ihrem Ger\u00e4t installiert haben so erscheint das entsprechende Symbol und Name im „Teilen“-Men\u00fc bei der Detailansicht des Tracks\/der Route.<\/p>\n

Tippen sie einfach auf den Men\u00fcpunkt und der Track wird direkt in Google Earth auf Ihren Ger\u00e4t dargestellt.<\/p>\n

Die Draufsicht kann in der Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung und im Betrachtungswinkel ver\u00e4ndert werden um eine realistischere Darstellung zu erreichen:<\/p>\n

Wesentlich mehr M\u00f6glichkeiten bietet Google Earth auf dem PC Bildschirm. Dazu m\u00fcssen sie zuerst jenen Track den Sie auf dem PC betrachten wollen aus Locus exportieren. Google Earth ben\u00f6tigt das KML\/KMZ Dateiformat (Das ist die Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr Keyhole Markup Language – dieses Format basiert auf XML und leitet sich vom Namen der Entwicklerfirma her. „Z“ ist die komprimierte\/ge“Z“ippte Version.) W\u00e4hlen Sie dazu einfach im der Detailansicht des Tracks Teilen > Export und hier das KML\/KMZ Format:<\/p>\n

Als Ziel f\u00fcr den Export ist Dropbox oder Google Drive wohl am Besten – es erspart Ihnen das Verkabeln von Smartphone und PC. Anschlie\u00dfend \u00f6ffnen Sie die Datei mit der PC-Version von Google Earth:<\/p>\n

In einigen Gebieten werden sogar kleinere Objekte wie B\u00e4ume oder kleine Geb\u00e4ude in 3D dargestellt. Ihr Track wird somit in einer photorealistischen Landschaft dargestellt:<\/p>\n

Das erm\u00f6glicht es Ihnen Ihre Tour nochmals, in einer virtuellen Welt, abzuspielen. Nicht nur Routen oder Tracks k\u00f6nnen so dargestellt werden. Auf die gleiche Art und Weise k\u00f6nnen auch Geocaches visualisiert werden:<\/p>\n

Sie wollen eine alte Papier-Landkarte in 3D darstellen? Kein Problem!<\/h2>\n

Wenn Sie die F\u00e4higkeit von Locus praktisch jede Landkarte darzustellen mit Google Earths 3D-Modell kombinieren wollen l\u00e4sst sich dies mit Locus\/Google Earth auf wirklich magische Weise bewerkstelligen. Als erstes kalibrieren Sie die Karte in Locus (dies ist nur in\u00a0Locus Map Pro<\/a> verf\u00fcgbar). Diesen Vorgang haben wir schon im Detail hier beschrieben >><\/a>. Als Beispiel wurde hier eine Radkarte von SOHOCart kalibriert. Die entstandene Datei wird wieder als KML\/KMZ exportiert, in Google Earth ge\u00f6ffnet und hier \u00fcber das 3D-Landschaftsmodell gezogen:<\/p>\n

Wenn Sie hineinzoomen und den Blickwinkel \u00e4ndern – also die Karte aus der Draufsicht kippen – sehen Sie das die Erhebungen mit den H\u00f6henschichtenlinien korrespondieren. Eine weiterer Vorteil von Google Earth ist das sich verschiedene Datens\u00e4tze in Layern organisieren lassen die sich in beliebiger Folge \u00fcbereinander legen und aus\/einschalten lassen. Hier zum Beispiel ein Track auf unserer kalibrierten Papierkarte \u00fcber dem 3D-Modell:<\/p>\n
