„Hallo mein Freund, du arbeitest doch mit diesen Karten, oder? …“, hat mich vor kurzem ein Freund von mir gefragt, und ich wollte eben wieder erkl\u00e4ren, dass ich bei der Entwicklung einer mobilen Kartenanwendung und nicht bei der Kartenerstellung selbst mitarbeite. „Ich m\u00f6chte ein St\u00fcck Land in der N\u00e4he meines Ferienhauses mit einem Freund tauschen und zwar an Hand der Katasterkarte …“, fuhr er ohne Atempause fort und ich war ziemlich erleichtert – ich musste weiter nichts erkl\u00e4ren: „…und ich bin sicher das das mit Locus machbar ist“. Also freute ich mich auf einen Ausflug in die Weissen Karpaten – Wir werden die Umrisse des Grundst\u00fcckes an Hand der Katasterkarte in Locus einzeichen und anschlie\u00dfend diese mit Holzpfl\u00f6cken abstecken – nicht wirklich in hochoffizieller Weise – die Genauigkeit von 3m die das normale GPS bringt w\u00fcrde ausreichend sein.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Zuerst ein Blick in das Grundbuch<\/h2>\n

Computer war keiner zur Hand womit das offizielle Register bei Ikatastr.cz services <\/a>nicht zur Verf\u00fcgung stand, wohl aber das Smartphone und ein WIFI Hotspot. Ich startete also Locus und \u00f6ffnete den WMS Karten Tab im Kartenmanager. Weiter ging es zu den empfohlenen WMS Datenquellen:<\/p>\n

Ich w\u00e4hlte die Katasterkarten des Tschechischen Grundbuches:<\/p>\n

.. und selektierte in Locus alle Layer die ich brauchte:<\/p>\n

Als Hintergrundkarte w\u00e4hlte ich eine Satellitenkarte aus der selben Quelle mit der Katasterkarte dar\u00fcber gerendert.<\/p>\n

\nIch verschob die Karte so das der Kartencursor \u00fcber dem Grundst\u00fcck stand und klickte auf den WMS-info Button um sicher zu sein das ich auch das richtige Grundst\u00fcck ausgew\u00e4hlt hatte:<\/p>\n

\nEinige weitere Klicks zeigten mir die Informationen zu den Besitzverh\u00e4ltnissen der Parzelle aus dem Grundbuch – nur um absolut sicher zu gehen.<\/p>\n

2. \u00dcbertragen der Grundst\u00fccksgrenzen nach Locus<\/h2>\n

Mein Freund gab mit die GPS-Koordinaten an denen wir die provisorischen Grenzpfl\u00f6cke einschlagen sollten. Die trug ich in Locus ein:<\/p>\n

\nUnd siehe da, diese Positionen stimmten perfekt mit den Grundst\u00fccksgrenzen auf der Karte \u00fcberein.<\/p>\n

3. Auf ins Feld!<\/h2>\n

Die herrliche Landschaft der Wei\u00dfen Karpaten fasziniert mich immer wieder, besonders im Fr\u00fchjahr wenn die Wiesen voll mit seltenen Blumen erbl\u00fchen.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWir packten die Pfl\u00f6cke und einen Hammer in unsere Rucks\u00e4cke und brachen auf. Locus f\u00fchrte uns brav zu den Absteckpunkten der Parzelle:<\/p>\n

Selbst im schwierigen Gel\u00e4nde des Taleinschnittes verhielt sich das GPS-Handy \u00fcberraschend gut und zeigte die Positionen der Grenzpunkte mit der erwarteten Genauigkeit von 3m. <\/span>Unter der F\u00fchrung von Locus war es absolut kein Problem die Grenzen abzustecken.<\/p>\n

Wiederum ein Beweis f\u00fcr die universelle Einsatzf\u00e4higkeit von Locus \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
