Dodavatel<\/a> t\u011bchto map, kter\u00e9 byly v nab\u00eddce Locusu od sam\u00e9ho po\u010d\u00e1tku existence aplikace, radik\u00e1ln\u011b zm\u011bnil podm\u00ednky \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch mapov\u00fdch dat. A to do takov\u00e9 m\u00edry, \u017ee jeho n\u00e1vrat moment\u00e1ln\u011b nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd ani za cenu zpoplatn\u011bn\u00ed zdroje. Zprvu to vypadalo na\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9 placen\u00e9\u00a0pl\u00e1ny stahov\u00e1n\u00ed, nej\u010derstv\u011bji ov\u0161em MapQuest odstavil p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy na sv\u00e9 datov\u00e9 servery a nut\u00ed v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159e pou\u017e\u00edt vlastn\u00ed programov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/a> (SDK). Tento postup je pro n\u00e1s bohu\u017eel nep\u0159ijateln\u00fd i z technick\u00e9ho hlediska, a tak se s mapami MapQuest lou\u010d\u00edme (online routovac\u00ed slu\u017eba MapQuest, pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 pro tvorbu tras a navigaci, je v Locusu dostupn\u00e1 i nad\u00e1le).<\/p>\n

\u010c\u00edm jej nahradit?<\/h2>\n

Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed topo mapy MapQuest lze pln\u011b nahradit jak\u00fdmikoli mapami, vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmi z dat projektu OSM<\/a> – nejl\u00e9pe na\u0161imi LoMapami<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te offline a m\u016f\u017eete u nich p\u0159ep\u00ednat mezi mapov\u00fdmi t\u00e9maty.\u00a0MapQuest zrovna neopl\u00fdval podrobnost\u00ed a v oblastech mimo USA byl zna\u010dn\u011b neaktu\u00e1ln\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b byl nastaven v n\u011bkter\u00fdch st\u00e1tech jako v\u00fdchoz\u00ed mapa p\u0159i prvn\u00edm spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed Locusu. V takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech byl nahrazen outdoorovou mapou projektu OpenStreetMap.<\/p>\n
